Josepha Rodriguez was born in northern Germany.
Influenced by her family background and early experiences with tailoring, art and music Josepha quickly developed a sense and preference for aesthetic presentation as well as her interest in fashion.
Working in a costume and fashion fundus she got to know office work, accounting and customer service. She also gained experiences in the editorial department of a german magazine. Still her heart beat for fashion and creative teamwork.
Josepha assisted well known stylists and traveled all over the world, learning how to focus on clients individual needs and realizing their expectations.
Soon Josepha was working for high-end fashion and commercial brands as well as international magazines, small businesses and promising startups.

Consulting clients and brands as stylist and art director by supporting them create and develop ideas and new concepts provided her with experiences in different fields.

Her approach is wholistic and modern.
She loves communication and creative collaboration.

Based in Berlin.
